HAIR CONDITIONING TIPS: CONDITION, NOURISH AND REPAIR

We all get it. Most women can be fickle-minded at almost everything. Especially when it comes to hairstyles. If you’re one of them, your hair needs more than just shampoo. You must use a conditioner after every shampoo to nourish your hair and repair damage from too much styling.

Types of Straightening Treatments

CONDITIONING 101

Step1

Use shampoo to cleanse your hair
Start by applying shampoo evenly onto wet hair. Massage gently. Let it soak, and rinse thoroughly.

Step2

Use conditioner to nourish your hair
Next, apply conditioner from the mid-length and work your way to the tips. Avoid lathering the scalp, as that can clog the follicles and cause buildup. For best results, leave your conditioner on while you continue your shower routine.

OPTIONAL STEP: If your hair is tangled, this is a good time to run a wide-toothed comb or even your fingers through your hair, and release those knots gently.

Rinse off the conditioner. If you have brittle hair, you should rinse thoroughly.

Keep this up daily and your hair will soon be able to do it all and take it all!
